We thank everyone for your continued attention and feedback regarding the recent Studio issues. We have identified the root cause as a loading error with WebView on specific versions of macOS from 26.5 or newer.
We have developed an emergency fix, but we want to ensure it covers all Mac OS versions effectively. We are reaching out to all Mac users (especially those on macOS 26.5 and newer) for help in verifying this build.
If you have experienced issues, please test this version and leave your feedback in the comments below. Please include your macOS version and hardware model (e.g., M1/M2/M3 or Intel).
Once confirmed by the community, we will officially release this update as soon as possible to get everyone back on track.
Running it on a MacBook Pro M5 on Tahoe 26.5 and it’s back to it’s usual speed. Snappy and responsive
Edit: When trying to print a model from makerworld now it has a glitchy UI before sending the print to the printer (X2D Printer) the warnign about the Filament Track Switch keeps glitching in and out of existence and keeps moving the whole UI.
Hello it did not work on my Mac M2 with Tahoe 26.5.1. I could not start working. If the program starts I only see the Home screen and it is not possible to open the build plate. All menu points are not possible to open.
Mac OS 26.5.1 Now able to open. Very slow to respond to mouse clicks and to change between Recently Opened, Online Models, Makerlab, etc. Hopefully it will get better.
same here , I did all what tech support told me to do step by step and no luck . No one has reached to me since yesterday. But the old version still works.
