I just started using my H2D for laser cutting. I did a cork coaster with no problem. When I bought the printer i also purchased some of their laser materials. I am trying to cut another piece using the plywood they sent me. I’m able to see it in the material list but it’s not showing as being available. I click on the material profile and it directs me to a bambulabs website to purchase it. I already have but i can’t seem to get pass that prompt. I tried exporting then importing that didn’t work.
how do i activate the material profile to allow me to use the material?
any help would be nice
