Hi Team,

I am trying to use eSun PLA+ but the Aux fan is causing severe warping, how do I turn this off using slicer settings.

I have created a User Preset called eSun PLA Plus but whenever I send a print to the printer it ignores my settings and uses default for eSun PLA. I have turned the aux fan down to 15% and am trying to use 60degrees for bed temp.

The only way I can print eSun PLA + is by waiting for the first layer to go down then manually turning off the aux fan. This is rather cumbersome and tedius.

Should I just use Orca Slicer?

Cheers Team.

Yes Orca slicer is way of the force for Bambu printers
Usually does not ignore your settings , but take a look in the Advanced tab which will overwrite some of the Fan speeds and may need changing the G-CODE

Not confident if the Aux fan is the main reason , but if it works for you than the above should help

i print eSUN PLA very often with open door and fan off (manually turning it off after the 2nd layer) , more likely flow/K and other settings . Moisture not a problem usually, but i have seen many time with my eSUN PLA+ and drying helps
In some models warping have been a problem for me as well and change the cooling for that print only ensuring that filament is dry and if that doe snot help print it with non-bambu printer MK4 or MK3S

Here are my some settings, i have 3 or 4 profiles for eSUN PLA+ , with minor differences and very often when i get a new batch need to be fine tuned again
Wet eSUN PLA+ or not fine tune also causes warping in some models ( note that from eSUN out of the box very often come wet enough for some prints

eSUN PLA+ White:

Normally used

Some other color not sure which but i think was black

Cooling all the same:

Thanks, it was not the aux fan but was tune, i’ll take a look at your base settings.
