Bambu Studio Preset all gone

Hi community.
I feel that this may have already been covered but … All of my presets in Bambu Studio have vanished. I am signed in to the account too. I think it may have happened after an update perhaps but is there any advice on how to get me presets back please.

This may be a hack, but if you open a previous project that has your presets set, and then open a new project, Bambu Studio will ask you if you want to save your presets.

The only way I know of to force the presets to re-sync from the cloud is:

  1. Go to the Studio home page
  2. Log out
  3. Continue
  4. Allow the synchronization of presets.

This is assuming that you have had the sync option enabled so that the presets are already in the Bambu cloud.

If not, you hopefully had a backup of the configuration folder: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\BambuStudio
