Bambu Studio randomly makes bridges between tiny Gaps I don't want to

Hi folks,

i have, a problem to get it somehow right. I want to print something really small and I want it do be really detailed. I also have a 0.2 nozzle for this and if I slice the model Bambu Lab somehow and only sometimes not every time fills small gaps with bridges even if the walls under and above are the same, so it could basically just print the same wall over it and I would be happy but it closes “the gap” even if its no gap its just a detail with a bridge.

here ist the picture of a layer where it is ok and this way it should print it at the 2, 3, 4, 5, layer

but somehow on the third layer it makes a Bridge and fills the gap, I don’t want it to do this.

As you see beneath this “closing” the walls just go normal as it should.

How can I turn of this behavior in the settings because changing the slice gap closing radius even to 0.001 doesn’t help, it even makes it sometimes worse and it closes even more gaps and makes it a bigger surface instead of tiny details.

I also tried to lower the resolution to 0.001 and it doesn’t help either the slicer just want to make there a top surface or Bridge in the middle of a hole.

somehow I managed with the same settings to print it with a 0.4 nozzle and it didn’t want to fill this gaps back then, now if I switch back to the .4 nozzle it want to fill it

Here are the two layers just seperated and I see on the second layer it closes this gaps between the walls without any reason. is there a setting to prevent this because the model has just straight verticals up to the top.

Layer 9

Layer 10

it made some overhangs in 3 corners and closed the loop so the slicer thinks it has to fill it now.
