Bambu Studio slicer's color legends for colorblind users

Bambu Studio slicer’s color legends is utterly useless for colorblind people. 8% of males are color blind.
The colors of the color legend are very similar and small.
It would help a lot if the mouseover over the model, and it would show specific values.

Thank you for your attention!

yes please, it’s really a struggle understanding the printing speeds

Even better would be to spread the colors out over the whole spectrum instead of just a small amount of it. Even better than that would make sure to use contrasting colors for each speed change.

Allowing mouse over and leaving colors alone would probably be much less effort to implement and would still be SUPER helpful to us color-blind people out here!

Bless you. I’m part of that roughly one-in-ten men with red-green color blindness. Despite the name it also can affect yellow, oranges and purples as well.

Welcome to the forum!

If you click the github feature request I opened the developers said they added something in 2.2.0. Still not good?

They added tooltip hovers for the colors of Bambu filaments. Which is great! I appreciate it! But not quite what we were hoping for. Though not perfectly stated, the OG request was for color in the slicer preview, to more easily understand the print speeds, flow rate, etc:

Follow-up: I found another GitHub issue that was created about a year ago with the same request for colorblind support in the slicer preview. I added a comment and my illustrated screenshot from this thread:
