Bambu Support

I had to put in my first ticket today. I have seen in the users groups folks complain about the speed of support. I put a ticket in at about 8:00am and by 9:00am it was handled and part being shipped and a free gift.
I have never received this level of support on any product, even on paid support contracts.
If I was any happier with my printers or the company I don’t think I would be able to handle it.

I put in a ticket Friday and have had no response yet. And my printer is down.

Same here… Printer down…

I open ticket at evening 15 january and had no responce by any means. I log to bambu support and I can see status SOLVING. What does it means? Are the send mail with info what to do? How long will I wait for any responce. Printer down because of nozzle thermistor I think (0 C on nozzle).
Thanks Ryszard

Hello,
I am seriously close to purchasing a X1 Carbon Combo set.
I do have a few questions I unfortunately have not been able to find answers too despite a few weeks google-ing.
1/ From Youtube it says that the build space is NOT 256x256x256 and that size needs a lot of moving around parts and printing out stuff and not using the ams asf, so I just wonder what is the real print size of the X1 Carbon?
2/ Secondly, if purchasing the set - can I choose to not install the AMS and just print from a single roll of filament? (Is the parts necessary for single roll printing including or do I have to use the AMS from start?)
3/ What spare parts should I order with the set? (Total newbie thus I’m asking)
4/ Fourth and finally, If I order this week - Sweden - how long will it take to ship the set and for it to reach me at my home?
If anyone has an answer to any of these questions I would really appreciate some answers!

May the force be with you!
