Bambu X1E not printing

Machine goes through all the procedure for printing but when it gets to flow calibration nothing comes out. Nothing comes out when manually hitting extrude button and nothing comes out when loading/ unloaded new filament.

First symptom was that the cutter handle was sticking. Here’s my troubleshooting progress so far:

  1. Replaced cutting blade, still stuck,
  2. Replaced cutter handle, stick stuck,
  3. Replaced 0.4mm hot end with new 0.4mm hot end, purged old PA6-CF, didn’t make any new poop with ABS-GF,
  4. Won’t extrude anything anymore.

Any ideas what to do next?

I would take the extruder off and take it apart. There’s a good chance you have a bit of filament stuck in there. Is the X1E extruder the same as the X1C? If so the how-to should be the same:
