I bought some PLA Ice Blue from the EU shop and got matte blue. I normally not a big deal, but I bought the matte blue two weeks earlier. I needed the ice blue for my project. I have written Bambulab several times and not response back and I am completely ignored. This is not cool and I should get some sort of answer. I prefer to solve this with Bambulab and not my credit card company filing a claim. Please give us the service your loyal customers deserve.
