Bambulab front part cooling fan broken or board broken

Hi guys.

I have a big issue.

I changed the front fan for part cooling now because it didn’t work. Than it worked in the test. But when I wanted to print something it broke immediately. An now it’s not working even in the testing. I will now change the board with the fan and the nozzle heating etc also. But I am not Shure if it will brake again.

Because both parts, fan and board look very normal. Does anyone of you have an idea what I could check additionaly?

Not shure if Bambulab will repair or change a whole printer.

I had problems also with front fan not starting. After many attemps of unplugging and pluggin again it finally made it! So the fan connector is a really moody. Maybe it helps ?

Remember to turn off the printer when messing with those connections.

I had the same issue and the fan connector was slightly unplugged. Plugging it in securely fixed the problem for me.

It can be quite temperamental.
After plugging the connector back in, I watch it as I switch the power back on.
The fan will jump for a half a second while the printer boots up.
If the fan doesn’t move I know it’s not connected properly, so I turn the printer off reconnect and try again.
It helps to grip the whole extruder assembly with my hand and push the connector forcefully with my thumb to make sure it’s seated.
