Bambulab ticket for cancelation order EU

Hello,

I made a purchase of P1P yesterday. It is still unfulfilled and ETA is 5th of december. I have changed my mind and would like to purchase P1S instead. I have submitted ticket for order cancelation, but I am worried that I will not get a response in a 18h (cyber monday sale) and I would not like to have frozen 600euros in potential return case if Bambu sends the printer before reviewing the ticket. And I would also like to buy P1S on the sale.

If by any chance anyone knows how long does Bambu support answers these kind of tickets at this time I would really appreciate the info. :slight_smile:
