We had connectivity issues the other week (put down to cloudfare) and during the last few weeks everytime I started my X1c it asked me to logon again -GRRR.

For the record it is the only site I am having an issue with. It used to be so good and fast. Even Creality site is superior in comparison.
Please sort it - its happened for the last 5 days.
Anyone else have similar ? This site used to be reliable

I have been noticing for the last couple of weeks that often when I start a print it freezes at the 30% mark, always at the point it tries t connect to the cloud print service. If it gets past this it works fast and has no further issues; it is always only right at the point where the upload is abut too start.
This also leave Bambu Studio in a frozen state - you cannot cancel the job, only killing the process will work - this is extremely poor programming; any potential point of locking up should have a graceful way of aborting. This is Programming 101.
Aside from that there needs to be an explanation from Bambu about why the service is behaving this way - it’s between the Bambu Studio application and Bambu Studio Cloud Service and Bsmbu blaming everything other than their systems is not a solution; I have absolutely no issues with anything else PC performance, Network, or Internet wise.
