[BambuLab X1-C] Scratches off coating of the flex-plate

Hello there,

my brand-new X1-C scratched off after 5 prints only the complete coating of the flexbed in a certain area of around 10*5mm in this area:

Does anyone else have that?
And why does the printer do this?
In my opinion this cant be normal …

Regards,
Phil

From the Bambu Lab website:

Things to know before use

  • Before auto-leveling, it is necessary to repeatedly rub the nozzle in the special wiping area of the build plate to completely remove any residual material at the tip of the nozzle. The coating in the special-designed wiping area will gradually become worn over time. This is normal and does not affect print quality or nozzle lifetime, so there is no need to worry about any quality issues.

Thanks, but somehow crazy behavior instead having an area nearby the filament wipe-off.
