Banding/ringing in round objects

Hi,

i have bought a P1S recently and overall it has been a good experience.

Print quality is not always excellent though, i have just noticed, that all my round objects from various different sources have strong banding/ringing artifacts, that are not only visible, but easily felt when going over the surface.

I am printing with Bambu Basic PLA and stock 0.2 presets mostly.

Reducing the speed preset from Standard to Silent mitigates the issue a bit, but it is still not gone. The same part printed almost flawlessly in that repsect on my 160EUR Anycubic I3 Mega, so i am a little bit bummed.

I have cleaned the carbon fibre rods and manually tensioned the belts including a full calibration, but to no avail.

Any tips to get rid of that would be greatly appreciated, this is really an issue i might not be able to live with.

That does not look so good , there are already a few threads in the forum and some specially for PETG just search and read
like calibrating , fine tunning, drying, manual calibrations and etc including but not least factory resets after FW upgrade

sorry to bring this back from the grave, but did you ever sort this out?

My P1P keeps doing this and it’s soooo annoying and this wass the closest comparable I’ve seen online
