Bed X axis position

Dear Makers,
I have 2 identical printers (X1C).
they both work fine.
Now I created a print of 6 parts that just fits on the buildplate.
With one printer it is as expected just within the boundaries of the buildplate.
But the other one prints 3 mm to the left, so it prints over the left edge of the buildplate and then the print fails because of this.
As far as i can see the nozzles are straight.
Both beds are in the same X-position.
Is there any where I can adjust for this, and where does the printer finds its X-zero point?

When looking at the printer, the zero is front right corner. You might have some smuts hidden up in that corner that is shifting the zero.

Have you run the auto calibration on the printer that is having issues?

Do you have any kind of mod added to the printer? like motor dust cover or z-axis dust cover?

Thank you for your answer,
No both printers are completely standard.

Thank you for the information, i will check that and do a calibration on both.

Hi, i have done calibration on both, that made no difference.
I checked for dirt, and vacumed them, also no difference.
I took measurements on both printers, there are both the same.

Then you might have to open a support ticket to get this resolved.
