Belt tensioning Screws

Just a quick question, im currently buying spare parts for my H2D, and looking at the belt tensioner, they say when adjusting the belt to just loosen the screws a turn or 2, but if you want to replace a screw because you may have stripped a head (this hasn’t happened, but being safe for if it does, I know not to over tighten) can you one at a time remove these screws and replace them without messing up the tensioning system?

Looks like it’s possible :+1:

Also found this in the wiki:

I’d keep one screw tight while replacing the other. However, no guarantee.

i accidently turned the screws several times more then 1 or 2 times on all 3 axis.
does that mean that the tensioning system is screwed up and my printer is useless?
