yup, 3 times. I was able to take out the hotend and see that it had been clogged a bit, but in the process (I was too curious), I took it apart, and now I don’t have the thermal paste to put it back together - waiting on it. It still doesn’t explain to me why it would fail exactly at the same time …

it sounds it might be a problem on the gcode file itself?

Any chance you could post a picture of the failure and maybr the actual file? One of the sharp-eyed experienced users on here (I am neither) might be able to see if it is something like an overhang issue, bent nozzle, cooling issue… etc.

ok, it failed again. I noticed that on every fail, its basically pealing off the bed on the front of the benchy. The PEI textured plate seems to be clean, not bent and I regularly wash it, clean it. The bed temp shows 55/55 on the studio - anything else I should check?
