I got BerryBros Creations, a Canadian print farm, to remove my design they were selling that they got from Maker World. Doing a research with about 15 products images and reverse image searches, all of their products were from Maker World. I don’t know if they have purchased a license for any of them, but they didn’t purchase one for my design. So you may want to see if your designs are being sold.

I am assuming this is a AI generated site for one thing. I am also going to assume that “Jon” is not really selling anything to anyone with this site. Not that it makes anyone feel better to see their hard work being stolen. I just am going to assume that no one really is going to someone’s random AI generated site and making purchases, unless maybe they are related to “Jon”.
Sorry to hear that, sadly it is very common to find things like this and always need to be aware of these situations. Amazon, Temu, and second hand apps tend to have many models they can’t sell.

Mercado Libre is a Argentina site which has a ton of pirated designs included mine. I have not been successful in getting my designs removed. Also Maker World copyright support has not been successful either.
I’ve have been successful on most sites. I found a nice polite message to the seller is the easiest and most successful way to get the listing removed. A few on Amazon filed a DMCA counternotice but they never did relist my designs.

Its a joke. When you do that to someone they will get hundreds of emails soliciting to join the Mormon church.

I’ve gotta revise my comment - it’s probably not a bot network, since the user is posting a lot of personal info about themselves. I’ve deleted my original comment. It’s probably just someone who’s very, very foolish and committing a lot of IP infringements (Disney, Marvel, Nintendo) and plagiarism.
Here’s a large presence on facebook, Tik Tok and Instagram. Funny, his profession is cybersecurity specialist! His listing pricing for my design was about 50% less of market price.
It appears he hasn’t designed anything on the website. He claimed the listing of my design couldn’t be bought while he investigated my claims, but I could start purchase anything though I didn’t put in any personal info. Then he also said he was going to get legal counsel.
More than likely a ploy to make you leave him alone.
You can maybe use the same ploy with his web hosting service but if he’s been around the block he’s probably anonymous.
I would start by contacting the payment service provider, but in as professional a manner as possible.
After all, they earn a commission on every transaction and can therefore face legal action. They are usually very careful to avoid being implicated in fraud. Especially when you bring up the context of IP infringements very cautiously and in passing.
I contacted his hosting service giving 6 examples from the website with the corresponding link to Maker World.
In my case it is called Wallapop, so please EVERYONE who reads this check if anyone is selling your models. Here it seems like people don’t have eyes to read what license it has.
