Best filament for corner brackets and u rails?

Hi guys, im build an enclosure for my printers and im trying to find whats the best filament for build the corner brackets and the U rails for the glass.
I’m going to take advantage of the house walls and will only need a top panel, one side panel, and a front with sliding doors, all made of glass. I want to 3D print the entire structure that will support the weight of the glass and form the enclosure. I’ll use 10mm tempered glass for the top and side panels, and 5mm glass for the sliding doors.

I’m undecided on which filament to choose for making all the corner brackets and U-rails. These parts need to support the weight of the glass for several years, so they can’t warp or weaken over time; they need to be firm. I’ve been looking at ASA-CF and PETG-CF. I’m not worried about temperature because it won’t get very high inside the enclosure, as it will have an exhaust system leading outside.

It also won’t be exposed to UV rays because it’s intended to be placed inside the office. Considering the weight of the glass and aiming for long-term durability of the entire structure, which would be the better option?

The structure will, of course, be secured to the wall with screws. I’ve attached some photos of something similar to what I want to create.

I’m hoping you would make the frame out of aluminium section or angle. The brackets, I’d use ordinary Petg, not cf. I expect you would want some extractor fans, too. It’ll get hot inside.

Why would i do it in aluminium? Why not 3d print it and why not petg-cf? I have extraction already to the outside.

Strength, ease of use for aluminium. Petg corner brackets and slides will be strong enough, have high impact resistance, more flexibility for assembly, easier to print compared to cf.

and between PETG and ASA or ABS? Isnt ASA more durable and less bendy over time?

Another option, 2020 aluminum extrusion with acrylic panels. You could print the other hardware, corner brackets etc
