Best Ironing calibration test for LARGE H2D Prints?

I iron almost all of my etsy prints on my 5 X1Cs and get duplicable results consistently using the same settings across all of them, but I have yet to get a single good result on my H2D sadly. I use almost all Bambu Lab filaments.

I have tried most of the top downloaded calibration tests, but despite dozens of hours of calibration prints, there’s other variables in play that I’m not duplicating that cause under extrusion during ironing a large piece that just end up ruining the piece.

Does anyone recommend one of the calibration tests over others? Here’s some examples of my issues:

On my X1Cs I iron almost everything at 30/25 (speed/flow) and get perfect results every time:

On my H2D shose settings don’t work so I’ve done several calibration tests that look fantastic, but when printing one of these large box lids either it starts out great and ends up terrible, or the edges get underextruded:

not sure if it works but for PLA, try turn off auto flow dynamics calibration and just use 0.02 as the k value, that edge issue seem to be related with it. with auto calibration it often lands on ~0.033 and I have not yet seen anyone who has posted an auto calibration value that is in range of ~0.02.
