Best print settings on Orca Slicer?

Hello,

I’m fairly new to 3D printing and I recently got an A1 mini to start off with some prints. I have Orca Slicer installed and I was going through each section in quality, strength, speed, support, others and each section has its own settings like line width, seam, walls and surfaces, skirts, rafts, brims, etc.

I’m wondering if someone or a guide can explain what each setting on here means and how it affects my print quality. There’s a ton on here and I’m pretty sure one forum post is too long to post, so I’ll be happy with a link to a guide or some general tips on how to optimize my prints on the mini.

Welcome to 3D printing. There are a lot of youtube video’s about what all the settings do on BambuLab Studio and Orca Slicer. Take a look at those and start your learning curve.

The standard slicer settings for Bambu Studio work mostly fine. Don’t try to change something too soon.

Enjoy!
