Best way of ABS cooling down?

What is the best way for large ABS parts to let them cool down to minimize warping, internal stress and maximize dimensional accuracy?

So far I just did nothing and kept chamber closed after print until everything is at room temp. Chamber temp goes down slowly, as well as bed temp. I didnt write down numbers, but chamber goes down more than bed, i.e. at some point, chamber is 50C and bed is still 65C or something.

Would it be better to let the chamber run at 65C for another while and just switch the bed off until the bed has reached 65C maybe? And then switch off the chamber? That would first equalize bed and chamber temp and then let chamber and bed cool down at the same rate.

Or maybe switch off chamber first and let bed run?

Has anybody done tests or has knowledge what is best?

Annealing i the best way to get stronger parts but it will shrinking and you need an annealing oven. Some components require a bed of sand to prevent deformation. I’m using Sunlu E2 for annealing.
