After installing Studio beta Now when using text the letter Z is non-existent. How long till a fix for this considering my business has three Z’s in it. Or do you recommend going back to the regular version? Anyone else experience in this? Thank you.
Hi, that was my fault (in large part – z is now a global shortcut for “3D camera fit in view”), and a fix has been implemented already, but I have no idea when the next version will be released. In the meantime, one workaround is hitting Alt + z which should type a lower-case “z” (Shift + z works for upper case like normal). Or entering text in an editor (eg. Notepad) then copy/pasting it over to the text tool editor.

If you are running a business I highly suggest sticking to stable releases. If a stable release is working for you, you shouldn’t upgrade unless there is something in the new release you need. This is general risk mitigation.

I have two other PCS running Studio not on the beta version. But thank you for the advice I do appreciate it.
