Binding without location enabled, is it possible?

I noticed that my BT binding failed to pair even though the printer does show up on the APP. I took a look at the Wiki and see that the APP doesn’t require location but then there is a note saying the the service may require it.

My question is has anyone be able to setup the Android APP while the user denies location?

When an App requires Bluetooth on Android it needs Location aswell, no way around it
