Biqu/bigtreetech is a scam!

DO NOT BUY BigTreeTech/BIQU products! I recently ordered a Panda Knomi from BIQU/BigTreeTech. Upon checking my USPS tracking, I was met with: The USPS has seized this package and it will not be delivered. It was seized because the sender or company used counterfeit postage on the package in question. All in all, I wouldn’t waste your money and time on BIQU products.

I don’t think you should be blaming a company for their shipping courier being bad

This isn’t special to any company

Facebook and tiktok scammers are using EVERYONE’s tracking number to try to scam customers and couriers. It has become trivial with AI to sniff out every single tracking number that each courier produces, and index the destination. The scammer claims to fulfill a purchase from their Freedom maga labubu online listing, with any old tracking number they find that is destined for your same zip code. Now they dont even have to go thru the trouble of shipping a brick, and they get paid!

Well Team Puddle Puppy! (had to type that, it’s so cute) you are NOT alone. However I think this is just another snafu in the confusion with international shipping. I have a similar issue ongoing with Anycubic.

We all know how smoothly international shipping is going these days so it’s the odd thing that happens. Nothing to see here, just another product of you know, Harvard Business Schools class on “Not knowing basic economics”.

Hit up their inconsistent service or head to the BigTreeTech FB page and make a post there or contact Luke Harrison ( I think Harrison is right, know it starts with an H and he’s an admin…) Should get you sorted.

By all meand though, smack a company all you want.

I’ve ordered multiple times from BIQU. Only complaint I had is that sometimes it took over two weeks to get things delivered. But those where exceptions.

Depends on if they have what you’re ordering already stateside. We play a game here. When an order is placed we put a dollar in the pool and guess a date. Winner take all.

Of course by “we” I mean me, just me.
By a dollar I mean “imaginary dollar” or sometimes a ruble, or just a button.

I do take all though.

Go get’em you crazy wet puppy…not really. You get it.

I know! Makes sense!!!

Anyone who orders from abroad and uses something other than a card or PayPal has lost control of their wallet anyway.
Buyer protection! If Biqu doesn’t deliver (no matter what the reason), I get my money back without having to deal with Biqu’s poor customer service.

While good advice, I don’t think it’s an issue across the board.
I’ve ordered from them quite a bit, sadly, and have never had an issue where I can’t get my money back or a replacement. May take some back and forth but they are never NOT willing to return funds.
I’ve ordered all over China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and more. The only time I was “gotten” lasted a day. Just called my card and it was handled.

Like I said, good advice. You don’t have to go into it though thinking you’ll get screwed. The language barrier doesn’t help.
