Biqu build plate for X1C

I have a BIQU Panda Build Plate Designer Series Dual-textured 3D Printing Build Plate with Honeycomb & Houndstooth Patterns for Bambu X1/P1/A1 Printers.
For some reason I cant seem to get anything to print on it. It looks like the nozzle is to far away form the bed. I’ve tried using glue as well.
I don’t have this problem with any of my other plates
Is there something I’m missing?

helps to know what printer you have… if its the A1 series then it may be the known issues with the heater element screws coming loose. if thats the case remove hotend, then take out the 3 screws behind it, carefully lower it and look on the back side there are 4 more smaller screws. Make sure they are all tight and reassemble

only other selection is make sure the proper platre is selected in bambu studio

Thanks for the reply, but I have the X1C

Can you move the topic to X1C section instead of MakerWorld? That way you’ll have more on-topic answers.
