Birds eye camera setup failed for H2C

I recently got a birds eye camera for the H series (without the laser module), I installed it and my H2C was able to recognize it, and asked me to calibrate it. But it failed and the help page didn’t really help, here is the message on the screen:
Warning

BirdsEye Camera setup failed. Please remove objects from the build plate to ensure the markers are visible, confirm the camera is properly installed, and clear any debris that may block the camera before trying again. [0500-8096 085010]

I followed the steps provided and made sure the markers are visible, the camera properly installed and no debris that could block it, but this still happened.

Please help. Thanks in advance.

Double check it’s installed properly, you should push on it until you hear the clicks of the clips holding it in place, you may have to push hard :wink:
