Have others had issues with orders placed during the Black Friday sale?
I ordered the X1C printer bundle and a bunch of extras (filaments erc). The printer shipped quickly (I’m loving it) but the remaining items are still pending.
Since then, I’ve placed 10+ orders, all of which have quickly arrived.
I’ve submitted questions on my order and each time I am sent a boiler plate response. It feels as though they’ve missed this part of my order. I cannot get a specific reason as to why this order hasn’t shipped yet all my others have.
I’m wondering if others are still waiting for their Black Friday orders to ship.
