Blank opening page in bambu studio

when using studio from a personal file or from makerworld it will load and slice and send fine but if i just open studio it just presents a blank screen no user profile or image and no featured models or recent projects.

just started doing this on one of my machines and other still opens like usual and cant figure out what the issue is just wondering if someone might be able to help or experiencing this as well.

Try loading a file to get Studio running, then log out and exit Studio. Restart Studio and see if you can log in.

If that does not help, re-install Studio.

this ended up solving the issue thankyou

If that dosen’t help try this:
Uninstall Edge from control panel and delete webview2 under:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeWebView\Application\1*" delele the whole directory.
Restart pc
Install Bambulab again…

Yeah, did all this and I still have a blank screen. It all worked 3 days ago and now no joy.

I have run into this issue repeatedly. Every time there is an update for my system, i have to update or blank screen. Today, all updates are done. I have reinstalled twice now to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. I am not really tech savvy.

Hey, i was able to fix, putting this for anyone who might need it.

First thing is to check if WebView2 Runtime shows up in Programs and Features. If it does not search up “webview2 not showing in programs and features” and click on the learn microsoft link it will make you go into registory editor to fix it.

Make sure to restart your computer for getting it to take. Then go to Programs and Features click on WebView2 Runtime; click Change and then hit repair. Then select Microsoft Edge; click change and then hit repair. After this open your Bambu Studio Again and see if it worked.

Backlog of what I did before the above incase above does not work: I will say I tried to uninstall and reinstall Studio like 3 or 4 times before this. SO if there is a blank screen even if it is not Setup Wizard maybe uninstall and reinstall it to fix it. I also tried downloading WebView2 again as well and it said I already had it (make sure to use the Evergreen Standalone Installer). I tried to uninstall and reinstall edge. Basically tried to uninstall and reinstall every edge and bambu extention possible. I went into Services and renabled many of the services that I disabled cause they were bogging down my background (idk if this made a difference I am going to try to diable them again and see if that is what the problem was). I did a lot of stuff in cmd prompt that did not work.

From my one day of research this is an issue because many apps use Edge to run there network things even apps liek “Get Help” so if you try accessing them wiht either Edge not installed or its exententions is can not even access the internet for you to be able to trouble shoot.
