I get this blob in the corner when priting this part in TPU85A about 50% of the time. I usually just trim it. But would like to fix it. Any ideas? I have printed around 100 with no issues and than it just started happening. Bed leveling and vison board have been tried.
Seems like there is excess material building up on the nozzle. You might take off the silicone sock and clean the nozzle thoroughly.
A little bit of babysitting around that moment might reveal another cause also.
