Set up my new P1S with AMS, loaded the included orange PLA, printed a Benchy … perfect.
Then I printed the scraper handle and had to leave the house for a while. I checked the Handy App on my phone and it showed an error saying the PLA ran out, and asked me to reload and continue or cancel. Since I was not there, I cancelled.
When I got home, the print was complete, and there was plenty of PLA left on the spool.
Any idea what how this happened or what went wrong?
Can you duplicate the issue or is this a one off? Or did you stop using it
Haven’t had a chance to use it again since then. I’m not terribly concerned since everything was actually working fine. But it would be nice to get correct info from the system on the Handy app. I thought maybe someone had seen this behavior and might know what causes it.
Update - finished printing a poop chute and no error message. So seems like a one-off at this point.
Fingers crossed it stays that way
