In this case I have used PLA to print with, not a Bambu Lab provided filament.
As a starter: stop using Grid infill.
And up the filament printing temperature…
Can you recommend a better infil?
Gyroid is a very popular non crossing infill pattern.
They should make it the default, because this problem seems to bite everyone sooner or later.
