Bottom support/interface ruining tpu prints?

Hello all

I have been trying to print a action camera case with TPU and the side which rests on the plate always comes out warped and ■■■■ compared to the rest, I have tried adjusting speed, flow, retraction, support and interface settings and nothing helps, can’t think of anything else. Thought maybe making the interface more dense would help but that just made it stick too much to the object and didn’t help.

The rest of the sides are great, attached photo of both sides.

change the orientation of the print.
Design part with 3d printing in mind with no support required.
That will give you best result.
If absolutely have to have support, you can design the part be made from pieces that you can glue together.

From the pics above, the support should be on the inside…where the camera will hide it.
