Brand new A1 - Reboots at start of calibration, no error message

Howdy

I’ve set my printer all the way up to the initial calibration stage. Once I start it, the X Axis will move down a bit, but then the printer turns off and reboots back to the first set up screen. It doesn’t give me any error message. It just seems to lose power for a second.

I thought maybe it wasn’t getting enough power from my outlet and have switched to a few different ones, but the issue still persists. I’ve checked the power cable and it seems secure and undamaged, so I don’t think it is an issue there. The printer stays on without issue right up until the calibration begins.

It is recommended to double-check the USB-C and motor cables under the printer, to confirm they are fully installed. Ideally, try to re-connect them again then perform the calibration.

Important - please do these operations while the printer is turned off and with the power cable removed.

If this solution doesn’t solve the problem, please open a ticket and share the log file + a video showing the problem. Our team will help identify the issue and offer a solution ASAP.
