Calibrate it, yes again, then take some photos of it; it won’t take more than 15 minutes. You can do that here:
Even if you’ve already done that: The error should actually be noticeable during calibration, so photos of it would be extremely helpful. It doesn’t make much sense to print if the calibration may already have faults.
Your problem is still that you can’t provide the essential information that’s being asked. Bambu Support will ask you the same questions.
Once you’ve completed the calibration and taken the photos, you could print a regular Benchy using the default settings and take photos of that as well.
You still haven’t answered the key question of whether the screws or the belt tension were checked, since - as I’ve said before - they might have come loose during transport. Unless I missed that? By the way, that’s what support will ask you, too.
I understand that this is frustrating, but you’re making the typical beginner’s mistake of not troubleshooting step by step. It doesn’t matter how much experience you have - even after 10 years, or a hundred - you always start troubleshooting at step one. 
I don’t this today, twice. I ran a calibration this morning and it still done the same so I decided to re-check all the fixings I installed while building the printer and they were all fine. I then done a factory reset and calibration and again it’s still the same.
I now have 41 hrs on this and nothing positive to show

I have tried another file but it’s the same story I can hear the hotend sticking the supports, it’s still printing right now so I will see if it holds up but as you know the higher the print goes the less of a diameter is on the support and that’s when they break it seems.
Hi, I’ve done the calibration and it all went as it should or are you asking about the flow calibration sorry?
I did check the screws on the belt tension and they were okay.
I will run the flow calibration again when I get home and I’ll print a benchy and upload pictures too… Sorry but I am frustrated as I bought this for a specific reason and it’s giving me nothing but bother and I’m not very tech savvy which isn’t helping matters on my end. I will do the flow calibration again if this is what you are referring too and the benchy and take images of them..
I will add I tried another model today from makerworld and although it did print I could hear the hotend sticking the supports.

Keep in mind that almost everyone here has had similar problems to yours at some point. Everyone gets frustrated sometimes - that’s only natural. But direct your frustration at Bambu, not at other users. People are asking so many questions precisely because they want to help you. When you’re frustrated, it’s easy to forget the essential steps: Did you calibrate it? Yes, great! But where’s the photo of that?
You need to understand just how crucial photos are, especially if you can’t even upload the 3mf file. We’re not standing in front of your printer - we can’t see that device. The forum and the photos are our eyes on your problem.
As I said, Bambu will probably ask you for photos of both calibrations - note: both. It’ll only take you 15 minutes, since you would have had to do it anyway for bambu support.
And I’m sure the topic of how you dried your filament will also come up - that’s bound to be a topic of discussion. Even if it’s new, you might have just gotten unlucky and it’s moist.
The steps are actually always the same, whether it’s a new device or an old one:
- Check the hardware, nozzle and screws
- Dry filament
- Calibration and photos - Continue only if there are no problems.
- Test print, e.g., Benchy with default settings, as well as photos.
However, I see you’re currently on the last step: adjusting the settings in the slicer and printing some decoration models. Believe me, you’ll save yourself a lot of frustration if you troubleshoot step by step. Whether you’re a pro or a beginner, as annoying as it is when the printer breaks down, everyone starts over at step one - most of the time.
In the time you’ve spent on those faulty prints, you could have posted a photo of the calibration ten times over.

Keep in mind: Maybe it’s not even a serious failure, but just a minor mistake in the early steps. 
I can only apologise if I’ve came across that way but I genuinely don’t fling my frustration at users, I’m very grateful for the help and advice.
I have dried the filament and today I took it from the A2L and put it in the creality ender and it printed the print no problem.
Bambu has got back to me, I will attach screenshots of their advice.
Thank You, it did compared to my first attempts. That was laughable. (Operator error,error,error…) I’m doing a third one now, with my 0.2mm and PET-G. I have a lavender PLA, too. They’ll go to testing next week sometime. (Grandson smasher)
Yes, I completely understand the instability of something getting too tall to keep its footing. It took me weeks to find “brims”, but they give me the foundation to confidently attempt tall things. Shoot, I use brims on everything now, it’s just cheap insurance. The terminology eludes my old rasin.
But this stuff is sure fun. Keep after it, you’ll get it. 
Hi, I’ve ran the calibration again and I have included the results. Hoping you can see something in them. I will say out of all my printers that is probably the worst benchy that has been printed.
It was printed directly from the printers screen.

So, at first glance - no in-depth analysis.
The calibration looks good, but the Benchy print looks really bad. It seems like the individual filament strands aren’t bonding together. This suggests that there’s something fundamentally wrong with your printer, so there’s no point in experimenting with the settings in the slicer.

I mean, a Benchy always has a few tiny flaws - it’s supposed to push the printer to its limits - but when I look at the funnel, for example…
The problem seems to have something to do with the height; that would also explain the print of your decorative object. Well, “height” isn’t quite the right word - it’s more that the filament isn’t adhering properly and melting. But as I said, it’s only the higher the object gets; otherwise, it would have been more than obvious during calibration, which it isn’t.
…you’d almost think it could be oozing, too… maybe… but it doesn’t pull any strings. That’s an argument against it.
Okay so where do you think I stand here then. I’m asking as I bought this printer for a specific purpose and now it’s not fulfilling it and I can’t really afford to prolong this if the printer itself is faulty.
I really appreciate your help on this 
Two options if the printer is new:
- You’ll go through this with customer support, and they’ll send you replacement parts.
- You’re sending the printer back
You’ll have to decide which of these options is the right one. However, I would steer clear of the idea of taking on a time-sensitive project in either case.

I will add, when the benchy was printing it sounded like the nozzle was hitting the model at a certain height. I ran it again just a few moments ago and again at that height it sounded like it was hitting the model which thinking now, it’s possibly right at the height the supports were being broken off
