Brand new P1P dead with error HMS_0500_0300_0001_0002

received the unit yesterday and did 3 prints. on 2nd layer of the last print, the unit stops and spits out a HMS_0500_0300_0001_0002, which indicates tool head malfunction. The LED in the toolhead is solid green, but no light on the MC board.
Any ideas?

Thanks
Tom

You will see in that thread below three articles related. Its possible a plug was never plugged in all the way. I would open a ticket with them. Make sure the front tool head housing did not come loose. as its on there by magnets id reseat it but doubt its that.

Mine also arrived and was out of the box doing this. Could not get a single print. reseated every plug on the printer. Many hours troubleshooting. Went through the whole logs and pictures gyration with support. Finally they said they will replace it about a week ago.

Support is SLOW. They authorized a replacement. Had me pay up front for the new one that was to ship immediately, and was to credit me when they received my old one.
This have been going on for 2 weeks. No replacement shipped. And Im not sending my old one till the new one arrives.
SO now I have paid for 2 of them, I have one dead, and another not shipped. ARGH!!!

I was following up with support finally and tested for a week until they agreed my original suspicion about a faulty MC board. Now waiting for that to arrive.

Have not had this printer running for one day …

Meanwhile at Bambu: releasing the successor version of the printer …
