Brand new P1P won’t print with bed level

I got the printer and set it up but when I go to print it will go to bed level and then fail. I’ve watched multiple videos to see if I messed a step but nothing missed. Should I contact Bambu?

This is the error that caused the fail. Once again brand new and did this on the first print.

I would, looks like the sensor used to level the P1P is not working. I guess you could check to ensue the sensor’s is connected.
