Brand new X1C with Micro lidar error

Hi, i just get a brand new BambuLab X1C (first printer ever) like yesterday.

I print Benchy and the Scrapper yesterday with not problem, but this morning i open my printer and get : The Micro Lidar is malfunctioning… Error code : HMS_0C00_0100_0002_0002

But nothing work, i have no idea of what to do now… Did i need to ask for a refund / a exchange ? Thanks

So just to clarify, I’m guessing you mean you’ve tried the non-replacement steps in that wiki, not the ones that tell you to replace USB cable, micro lidar, AP board, etc?
If you’ve done all the steps in the wiki up to and including step 4, I’d recommend contacting support, send them the logs, see what they say. No sense in buying replacements when you don’t know which component is causing the issue.

Yeah i contact the support, they offer me to send me a New USB and Lidar, but my printer have 2 days so i ask for a replacement ! They say yes, i just gonna lose my printer for 1-2 weeks !
