Can you change just the brass nozzle on a P1s?
The nozzles are not brass, they are stainless steel or hardened steel.
The nozzles for the P series hot end has an integrated heat sink at the bare minimum. This is also true of all the hot end for all existing BL printers.
Bambu Lab believes this is the best way to maintain the temperature stability it needs to maintain the speed it melts filament.
There are third-party hot ends that are not supported by BL you could use if you wish to have something separates the tip from the body as the other style printers did. They tend to be expensive though.

No, the heat sink is integrated. There are aftermarket alternatives where you can replace just the nozzle but the reviews are mixed.
There are really good full hotends, where you can change only the nozzles separately. But be careful and read the reviews.
