As you can see, the rest of the buymeacoffee link on this designer’s page is cut off when scrolling down. Scrolling up hides the footer and reveals the rest.

It’s not a bug IMHO. It would be problematic if you couldn’t acces the designer description at all. Here when you scroll you can read the whole description
It’s a bug in my eyes because it isn’t intended. It’s not a pressing issue, but it is still a bug.
That’s how a floating bar triggered on scroll works though.
You would like to add a scroll bar on the fixed sidebar (designer description) to be able to read the line behind the footer?
I don’t know how they can fix it. I’m just saying it’s inconvenient.
