Hi,
I’ve received a couple of feedbacks from people saying that the filament change tower falls off the print bed (!).
These are all people who have a small print plate (A1 Mini) and who print from Mobile App. These same people, when they try to print using Bambu Studio (from Desktop), instead, succeed.
Am I making a mistake in saving the print profiles or is there a bug in the app?
this is an affected model, search for the user [@Herbert1991] Herbert | Published - MakerWorld). Thank you. Cute Flexi Pets Triceratops (Keychain & Magnet) by Valeria Momo & Mattia - MakerWorld
I will start a test print from Bambu Handy and see what happens.
It is possible the new automatic slicing to the A1 mini isn’t handling the relocation of the tower position for the different build-plate sizes.
Update
Things appear to be working well, the tower is at the back and the print is at the front, I found nothing wrong with the positioning of the model you linked in the post above.
I have stopped the print as I used the filaments already on the print instead of being more suitable for the model.
I cannot backup the claims made by the reviewers. I am happy to perform more tests if required to track this down.

I had the reverse issue in one of my models. I exported it for A1 mini, and people the printed on P1 from the Handy app ended up with the model half off the plate. Works fine in bambu studio.
I was able to fix the issue on my end by moving the model 1mm and re-exporting. It shouldn’t have made ANY difference because it was a tiny move, but it resulted in the model moving well over 1 inch on the p1 plate.
Picture posted by the user after my new export.

I won’t have time to test today because I’ll be out of town, but I can try your print tonight.
This worked fine for me as well.
