Up to this Version I would get this Message/Warning wenn I use very small object
By selecting “no” everything was ok.
Since 02.08.04.57 this message doesn’t excist anymore and Bambustudio does the select the convertion in millimeters automaticly.

Maybe it helps to scale up your exported design.
Then scale it down again in BS.
It is a bit more tedious, but hopefully resolves this for the time being.
Just checked the preferences, but couldn’t find anything that could help.

Would be worthwhile to report this on GitHub!
You can also try to downgrade Bambu Studio.
