there is a bug with ratings on my account and I verified with friends and its the same for them. whats happening is that people are rating the models or print profiles. there is no way for us to see anymore the ratings and remove them. I can see that the rating is there but when we click on it and go look at the model to report the poor rating we dont see them anymore in the list…
Why would you report a poor rating? Have a discussion with the user first to learn what was wrong.

this also happened to me yesterday. I was given a 3 rating with no description. I see it in my alerts but it doesn’t appear in the model. In the meanwhile my 5 star ratings are displayed. I would assume that bambu is just implementing a new feature not counting and hiding bad votes with no description. …but this is just a wild guess with no proof
The sorting of comments/ratings has changed,
before they were sorted from newest to oldest, now it seems that it’s sorted by interest/weight.
The algorithm seems to put first comment with image + comment, next are only comment and after come rating without comment or image.
All with a time weight where new rating with image + comment come before an old rating image + comment.
So now when someone posts a rating without anything, you have to dig to find it.
Also there is a bug when you scroll and rating is looping and you can review the same rating 5 times.

Because very often these people do not respond and very often give a bad rating due to adhesion problems, I often have the case with impressions made successfully by hundreds of people and one of them will put a 1 and never reply to the message
