Can someone suggest a good program that I can build and edit with? new to this so any assistance would be great.

There are many and it depends on your level of expertise and willingness to learn.

  • Fusion 360 is very popular
  • OnShape is also very popular
  • TinkerCAD is something you can quickly get your teeth into.
  • OpenSCAD is for those (like me) who see everything as software code

I am using fusion hobbyist license. I love it so far!

Have used all types of stuff but once I got the hang of sketching and extruding in fusion I haven’t looked back!
