I recently purchased a new official Bambu Lab build plate. However, the printer is unable to detect the QR code, which causes the printing process to pause.
I have already installed the build plate correctly and made sure it is properly positioned, but the issue still occurs.
Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?
Have you ever thought about cleaning the camera? As simple as it sounds, it’s worked really well for recent users and solved the problem.
did you wipe down the heater plate it’s self? remover the build plate and clean the cool heater with IPA
Some of the bambu plates, especially the ones with the 3d effect surfaces, do not detect properly. This is mentioned in the store page.
If it is not one of those, then clean the camera and turn on the room lights, as others have said
I’m not sure what that would accomplish - the issue is the build plate is not being detected by the camera, how does cleaning under said build plate help?
