Cable Chain catching

I started a larger print today that took up most of the print bed and noticed a clicking sound after it started. When I looked to see what was going on, I saw the cable chain getting caught on a screw up at the top of the chamber on the right side. It can be easily fixed with some sort of cover for the screw that would round it out leaving no sharp edge for the chain to catch on. I figured before I went ahead and started trying to make one I’d see if anyone else ran into the same issue and already created one or had another solution.

I just started printing a large moon print today and experienced exactly the same thing, but for me, it’s the filament cable/guide that’s catching on a P1S. I paused the print and covered the bottom of the screw with several pieces of tape for now and that has worked so far. I think you’re right though, you could probably print a small cap for the bottom of the screw to keep it from catching. Next mini-project…
