New x1 carbon owner. Wondering if it is necessary to run the comlplete pre printing ritual (bed leveling, etc) before each print.
If you don’t power off the X1 then no … if you change the plate or material then yes
For flow rate calibration: I keep that enabled when I power cycle the printer or when I change filament.
Bed leveling: I keep that enabled every few prints or when I think I might have been pushing/pulling hard on it removing a print.
For other occasions, I disable both of them.
I’ve disabled flow rate calibration and manually done flow rate calibration for each of the filaments I use. Saves time in the long run (and a small bit of filament / bed space).
