I installed Orca slicer in order to optimise my new A1…in the calibration menu there are only two entries : flow dynamics and flow rate…nothing about temperature tower or any of the other settings noted on google
have I missed something ?
Ah yes, indeed it is not immediately obvious !!!
thank you
Hi there, how do i open this secondary menu on windows? Im not being able to… im running the latest version, 1.10.2.76
Given that version number, you are using Bambu Studio and not Orca Slicer. This particular calibration menu is only available in Orca Slicer and so you won’t see it in your slicer.
Just to help others that stumble upon this thread looking for answers, I found this trick out today… To see in Bambu Studio the Calibration Menu that is found at the top of OrcaSlicer’s window…
In Windows, Change your Display Settings Scale to something else (I was at 200% and I moved to 125% and then later to 150% (right-click on the desktop → Click “Display Settings” → Set Scale to 125%)
This will make the full calibration menu seen along the top bar in OrcaSlicer show up in Bambu Studio at least long enough to select 1 option and load that project to the build plate. You seem to have to do this each time you need the menu. Why? I have no idea and I just found this out today after nearly 6 months of using B.S…
This option is greyed out for me, could I be using the wrong software version for the printer?
First of all welcome to the forum.
Are you on the Prepare tab? It gray’s out when you are on Preview.
I’ve just stumbled across your comment, and damn it works! Scale was at 100%, set to 125, back to 100 and the Calibration drop down is there.
Thats so strange. Do Bambu think its currently working in BS and its not for consumers for some reason as standard scale? So wierd! but thank you!
Jesus… it works, thank you so much for this workaround. Thi is an obvious bug. Has anyone reported this yet?
I’m a bit late to the party, but I just discovered that if you go to preferences and turn developer mode on, it brings the calibration menu up for good (so far, anyways)
Hope this helps!
