Calibration SUNLU PETG Grey

I am not satisfied with the calibration result for the SUNLU PETG.
I calibrated the filament from top to bottom including PA using the ORCAL Slicer. But I don’t like the surface of the last layer. When I print the same component with EXTRUDR XPETG, for example, it is as smooth as glass.
What other calibrations do you make for a better result?
If I am interpreting this correctly, I have a problem with over- or under-extrusion. If I have understood correctly, the flow ratio is responsible for this.

How do you proceed when you have such a difficult filament?

Regards Herry

I use that Grey a lot on my A1 Mini.

It looks a bit under extruded
Looks Like PA(K) is higher
If you use PA(K) from Orca slicer it is not applied here unless you add a command in the advanced settings
Try to increase the temp to 260C first and make sure that calibrate again
Try to increase the top shells after the above , or some people use ironing after the above
note that some PETGs will give you better results over all

Have you tried the automatic calibration (same as in bambuStudio)? At least for PA I seem to get better and more consistent results than doing the manual Orca calibrations. I did all three variants that Orca provides and each results in a somewhat different value.

Until recently I wasn’t aware that there is automatic flow calibration too, so don’t have experience with it. But the PA cal was really great. So I wouldn’t be surprised if automatic flow calibration is good too.
