Calibration tests are faulty

I have tried to calibrate a few of my filaments on my H2D from the studio calibration tab and every time the flow rate results are horrible.

It prints the little flags, I choose the best one, move on to the next test, then choose the best one again and all should be good. The tests seem fine, but as soon as I try to print an actual print with the results, it’s always over extruded.

What I have to wind up doing is a series of 3-4 60x60x1 prints to find the proper flow rate. Print a square, make my flow rate adjustment in the filament profile, print another one, assess, and so on until I get one with the proper flow rate and a smooth top surface. It’s always less than what the result is from the studio calibration menu test gives me.

The auto flow dynamics seems a bit inaccurate as well. Not by much, but the manual calibration nets me better results. It’s definitely not as accurate as my a1 mini in this area.

Anyone else getting terrible results with the flow rate calibration test in studio?

I’m a stickler for drying and maintaining dry filament, so moisture is not an issue.
